Once used as a sweat cloth, it is no longer limited to simply covering your hair to keep it from becoming windblown (although that look can be very chic if you tie it right!), or bundling up during the winter.
No, the scarf is now among one of the “must-haves” of the season… and you can find a great scarf anywhere.
From cute inexpensive ones at Walmart, to fancy silk ones at Hermès; you have a huge variety from which to choose your new accessory.
The wonderful thing about the scarf is that you can pair it with anything: a tee and jeans, a suit for work, or a fabulous dress.
And, the scarf is a perfect accessory for Moms, because they can’t be broken like a necklace, or “removed” from your ear lobes.
As for tying your scarf, there are several instructional guides out there, but I tie mine just like I would tie my husband’s necktie. Of course, it doesn’t end up looking like a necktie, but that is one very simple and quick way to tie your scarf.
There really is no “right” or “wrong” way to tie your scarf, so just go with it!
Thank you, Jen, for all of your wonderful scarf inspiration!
